ehllo The AI inside ehllo

The AI inside ehllo

Not a chatbot bolted onto your contacts. A memory for the people you meet.

Everything here is live in the ehllo app today. The examples use the people in ehllo's demo account, Chloe, Beth and James, and the quoted replies are ehllo's own words. Nothing the AI drafts is saved or sent until you say yes.

Listens, so you can stay in the conversation.

Record a meeting once everyone has agreed, and ehllo writes it up for you to check. Nothing is kept until you save it.

  1. 03Turns the conversation into a transcript, voice by voice
  2. 04Writes the recap and suggests the follow-ups
  3. 05Finds the follow-ups in calls you already took notes on

Turns the conversation into a transcript, voice by voice

When you finish, the recording is transcribed with each voice labelled, so Speaker 1 can become Chloe. Name the voices before saving and the follow-ups are assigned to the right people.

YouA 42 second conversation with Chloe about Brightline's partner programme.

ehllo59 words, two voices, ready to name and review.

2 credits a minute recorded, covering the transcript, the recap and the suggestions.

Writes the recap and suggests the follow-ups

A title, a summary in paragraphs, and the promises it heard: who owes what to whom, by when, and how. Each suggestion is yours to keep, edit or remove before you save.

You"I'll send you the case studies by Friday, and introduce you to James at Fernhill early next week."

ehlloSuggested follow-ups: Send case studies by Friday, and Introduce Chloe to James at Fernhill early next week, both yours, by email.

Memory

Remembers, in your own words.

Write a note the way you'd say it. ehllo reads it once as you save it, never charges for that, and never changes what you wrote.

  1. 07Notices when something has changed
  2. 08Checks back when a date comes round
  3. 09Learns who introduced you
  4. 10You always have the last word
02 Memory07 / 22

Notices when something has changed

Each note is quietly filed by what it is about. When a newer note is about the same thing, the older one is marked outdated and you're told in the app. Ask then treats the old note as history, not fact.

You"Chloe is moving to Brixton next month." Later: "Chloe has moved to Brixton."

ehlloMarks the first note outdated and lets you know: "Chloe Mensah's situation may have changed."

Free.

A newer note updates something you knew before - worth a quick look.

Checks back when a date comes round

Mention something that should happen later and ehllo asks you about it once the day arrives, instead of the plan quietly falling out of view.

YouJames is hiring a brand designer before Fernhill's launch in November.

Learns who introduced you

Mention an introduction in passing and it is linked on that person's page, when the name matches exactly one person you've met. You can always set it yourself.

You always have the last word

Mark a note outdated, say it might be wrong, or move it to the person it is really about. Every change can be undone, nothing you wrote is overwritten, and Ask reads an outdated note as history.

Chloe is moving to Brixton next month and loves live jazz.

Ask

Answers, from what you've kept.

Ask about anyone by typing or out loud. Answers come from your notes, meetings, follow-ups and the people at your events, and when ehllo doesn't know, it says so. Answers it can read straight from your records, like your own card, are free.

Ask ehllo21 / 22

Every capability, in one place: just ask.

Type or talk, in plain language. Answers come from what you've kept: your notes, meetings, follow-ups and the people at your events. When ehllo doesn't know, it says so instead of inventing a fact about someone you know.

  • Who did I meet at Design Jam?
  • Tell me about Chloe Mensah.
  • Catch me up on Beth.
  • The founder who's hiring a designer, what was his name?
  • Who do I know in health tech?
  • What have I promised people this week?

Your relationships stay yours.

ehllo isn't a social network. Its AI reads only what you've kept, and nothing it drafts is final until you approve it. To get better, ehllo records whether an AI step worked, not what was in it: your prompts, replies, notes, transcripts, recordings and memories are never uploaded to shared learning.
